Join us most 1st and 3rd Fridays for Popcorn & Pokémon! See our dates for the 26–27 school year below.

The HES after school program (Aftercare) will join us on 1st Fridays.

Bring your own cards to trade or battle
Find all 8 hidden Pokémon in our scavenger hunt and pick out a prize from our treasure chest
Or just come for the popcorn and good company!

As with all library programs, our policy requires kids ages 8 years old and under to be accompanied by an adult in the library at all times. Kids of any age might want a parent or caregiver present as librarians are not responsible for card trading disputes.

No Popcorn and Pokémon on days when Hatfield Elementary School does early realease or doesn’t have classes (2026–2027 District Calendar).

October 30 — Halloween Pokémon with games and prizes! Costumes admired, but not required.

No Pokémon 1/1, 1/15 — HES break/early release

February 19 — Perler Pokémon instead of trading and popcorn (February break)
No Pokémon 3/5 or 3/19 — HES no school/early release
