
We love seeing you and your families at the library! But we know sometimes folks forget to return things or just plain lose them and before you know it your library account is blocked. Here are some ways to get your account unblocked:
Return overdue library items
Even if it’s been a really really long time, just by returning overdue items to Hatfield Public Library your account will be cleared. Plus, we’re a fine free library, so any fines will also go away as soon as we check them in!
Returning items will clear your account even if you’ve received a notice that the item has been marked lost and your account has been billed for the cost. As long as you haven’t yet paid the bill, returning the item will clear your account of the lost item and any fines! Please note that we cannot issue refunds. If you have paid the bill, the item is now yours to keep.
Pay for lost items
If you just can’t find the item, you can clear your account by paying for the item online at: https://hatfield.cwmars.org/MyAccount/Fines
Come talk to us
